Seaside - "Exceeded Expectations!"
"My wife and I spent our first Bahamian get away this past week at Seaside...been all over the Caribbean scuba diving but found a jewel at Great Guana Cay...many amenities with the property such as personal golf cart (mode of Guana travel), Atlantic beach access and absolutely beautiful sunsets from the deck!!....went lobstering and island hopping (many within 20 minute trip)...would have gone fishing off shore but ran out of time (rental boats close by)...grocery store on island (5 minutes by golf cart)...several Bahamian-style restaurants (and shops) including world famous Nippers on the beach (dont miss famous Sunday afternoon beach pig roast)..fly in to Marsh Harbor Airport and take convenient 30 minute trip by ferry to Guana Cay...will return soon for a longer stay!!!"

Grandview and Seaside are addictive....our experiences have been fabulous. We fell in love with Guana and Grandview our very first trip. We have returned with family and friends numerous times and each experience has its own unique qualities. The accommodations are excellent. Greg and Lori have created a paradise for kids of all ages.

"We were very excited for our trip, and this beautiful property didn't dissapoint us. The colors in the home make you feel so relaxed. We loved the greens and yellows. We were instantly calm and comfy, ready to soak in the Bahamas and enjoy our stay. We loved the wooden furniture and the cabinets in the kitchen are gorgeous! We really enjoyed the evenings we spent at the property because the kitchen and the living room are open so you can talk back and forth with everyone. We loved being close to the cafe nearby, and being able to wake up to the gorgeous view!!! The water is beautiful! Just paradise. We will definitely be back and recommend this property to our friends and family!"

Seaside - “It doesn't get any better than this.”
Seaside is the most beautiful home with an absolutely amazing view of the clear blue sea and breathtaking sunsets. The island in general is such a fun yet relaxing place. I love that you can enjoy privacy and relaxation on the beautiful, non crowded beaches or head to Nipper's or Grabber's for a great meal, delicious beverages, and fun company! Seaside is the perfect place to spend a family vacation, friends' retreat, or a romantic getaway! I've stayed at Seaside two times and Grandview once and have enjoyed both locations on the island so much that I did not want to ever leave. You will not regret planning a trip to this amazingly gorgeous island if you stay at either home! I can't wait to go back!
