Seaside is one of the newest homes on Guana Cay.  It was completed in 2012 and is located directly on the Sea of Abaco with a beautiful, panoramic view of the sunset, the water, and the sailboats anchored in Fisher's Bay.  This property includes access to a dock that can be used to secure boats, fish, picnic or snorkel.  

Seaside includes 2 King bedrooms and a "Bunk Room" with a Queen, a single and a set of bunk beds.  The Master Suite is upstairs with a wall of windows and a glass door that opens out to a private 11x11 balcony overlooking the water. You can even watch the sunset from the bed! 

The large kitchen and breakfast room open into the living area that boasts a full view of the water through 3 sliding glass doors and 2 sets of double windows. The large deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco is my family's favorite part of the property, this area includes a screened in and open air portion with a grill, large table, and lounge chairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. Seaside is one of a few rental homes on Guana Cay that includes a washer and dryer, making packing much lighter and a 2017 automatic generator so your fun is not controlled by the power!

Fantastic Island Getaway!

"We just returned after 8 nights at Seaside with the family. Seaside was perfect for us (Mom & Dad, Son, Daughter and Son-in-Law). We all had our own space and the views are absolutely fabulous! The most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! The house was perfect for us, it was very comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed doing a little fishing off the dock behind the house and enjoyed seeing a number of nurse sharks, sting rays and we even saw a beautiful large spotted eagle ray one day!

The water around Guana is absolutely amazing! Crystal clear absolutely beautiful water! We did have a boat (you can rent one at the dive shop) and enjoyed reef fishing, snorkeling (TONS of amazing spots) and checking out other islands - some inhabited, some not!

We look forward to the opportunity to return to Seaside to enjoy Guana Cay again!"

"We vacationed here with my wife, my teenage son and two of his friends. This was an incredible experience. The boys can't wait to go back. The island is beautiful - spectacular actually - and the accommodations were perfect. Seaside is very clean and comfy. Even though you are on a remote island you have all the features of home - internet - TV - great kitchen. We fished, swam and went snorkeling and enjoyed Nippers and Grabbers. My wife took several books and spent the days on the unbelievably beautiful beach lounging and reading. Everybody was happy - Happy Wife - Happy teenage boys - made for a memorable vacation and a husband that looked like a hero for finding Guana and Seaside!"
